taking his talents to South Beach as the new assistant general manager of the Miami Dolphins Vosean Joseph NFL Jersey , according to a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter. He’ll be joining a front office headed by Chris Grier, whom he knows well, following the reassignment of Executive Vice President Mike Tannenbaum after the 2018 season.The hiring is of particular interest because of Buffalo’s current assistant GM Vosean Joseph Jersey Draft , Joe Schoen, who was the director of player personnel for the Dolphins before Buffalo hired him away in 2017. Allen will be filling the role for which Buffalo signed Schoen two years ago.Allen spent just under two calendar years with the Bills, joining the team in May of 2017 as part of Brandon Beane’s first scouting staff. He was the Director of College Scouting for the Kansas City Chiefs from 2013-2017 Infant Vosean Joseph Jersey , and has been an NFL scout since the 1990’s.Allen isn’t the first Bills scout to earn a promotion since the McDermott-Beane regime started.
