Despite a 62-minute rain delay between the third and fourth innings, the Goldeyes won their eighth straight game, a 12-6 victory, over the Sioux Falls Canaries on a wet, chilly evening at Shaw Park. With the win, the Goldeyes improved to 59-33 on the season. They also guaranteed themselves a series win over Sioux Falls – their 16th series victory of the season.
