Tennessee Titans offensive lineman Quinton Spain has signed his restricted free-agent tender Chris Ivory Jersey , a move that enables the Titans to keep their starting left guard from last season.

Spain has started 33 games over the last three seasons since joining the Titans as an undrafted free agent from West Virginia in 2015. He started 14 regular-season games and both of the Titans' playoff contests last year.

This marks the Titans' latest move to improve their offensive line.

They also have signed former Houston Texans guard Xavier Su'a-Filo and former Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive lineman Kevin Pamphile , and have agreed to terms on a new deal to keep guard Josh Kline .

The New York Jets have signed veteran defensive lineman Courtney Upshaw after a three-day tryout during minicamp.

Upshaw spent the last two seasons with Atlanta after being a second-round draft pick by Baltimore out of Alabama in 2012. He has seven career sacks Mackensie Alexander Jersey , five forced fumbles, five fumble recoveries and 215 tackles in six NFL seasons.

Upshaw originally entered the league as a linebacker and played there for the Ravens while helping them win the Super Bowl in 2013. He signed with Atlanta in 2016 Sean Harlow Jersey , moved to defensive line and played in the Super Bowl with the Falcons that season.

To make room on the roster Thursday, the Jets waived defensive lineman Chris Jones Vic Beasley Jersey , who was signed on June 5. He has also spent time with Tampa Bay, New England Jason McCourty Jersey , Miami and San Francisco during his five-year career.
