"The increase of the approved number of construction permits and the positive contribution of public investments signal a continuation of the positive trend of Albania's construction sector in 2017," BoA experts said in an analysis.


According to them, the confidence indicator and the rate of capacity utilization in construction suggested that the performance of the construction sector would further improve in the upcoming months.

BERLIN, Aug. 14 (Xinhua) -- German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Monday reacted with dismay to weekend far-right violence and racism in the U.S.


The event stood "in complete contrast to everything which the chancellor and the entire (German) Federal government are working towards" Wholesale Adidas NMD Red , Merkel's spokesman Steffen Seibert told reporters in Berlin.


"Those were absolutely repulsive scenes which were witnessed during this far-right march," he added.

CANBERRA, Aug. 26 (Xinhua) -- Australian Capital Terroritory (ACT) police announced on Saturday that it has charged an 18-year-old man following an attack at the Australian National University (ANU) Friday which left four people injured.


Police have now charged the man with several counts of assault, including assault causing actual bodily harm and intentionally inflicting grievous bodily harm.


Report by the Australian Broadcast Company (ABC) named the man as Alex Ophel.


He appeared at the ACT Magistrates Court on Saturday morning, wearing a blue police jumpsuit.


The police claimed that shortly after 9 a.m. Friday morning Wholesale Adidas Superstar , Ophel assaulted students and a lecturer with a baseball bat.


During the class, he stood from his seat with a baseball bat and approached the lecturer at the front of the class.
