DUBAI, Aug. 20 (Xinhua) -- Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE)announced Sunday in an e-mailed statement the completion of itsacquisition of the Awas Group, the world's leading aircraft leasingcompany.


According to a statement issued by the company, "DAE willoperate in the leasing of aircraft under the name of DAE Capitalwithin the fleet of aircraft owned and managed and demand,including about 400 aircraft with a total value of more than $14billion."


The airline will serve more than 117 airline customers in morethan 57 countries through offices in Dubai, Dublin, Singapore,Miami, Bellevue and New York.

BEIJING, Dec. 6 (Xinhua) -- China on Wednesday said that the status of Jerusalem is sensitive and complicated, and urged all parties concerned to exercise caution for peace and tranquility in the Middle East.


Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang made the remarks when asked to comment on U.S. intention to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital.


A senior U.S. administration official said President Donald Trump is expected to announce that the United States recognizes Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and will move its embassy there.


"We pay close attention to the developments of the situation and are concerned about the possible intensification of regional conflicts," Geng told a routine press briefing.
